Only1K5 was born in Compton, California on November 29th. K5 is a force to be reckoned with, creating his own sound and new wave of music that has placed him in a position to be a “star in the making”. Growing up he always knew that he was destined for greater things. He was determined to make his way out of poverty and violence so he relocated to Dallas, Texas for a better music scene and elevated his state of mind. K5 started making music at the age of thirteen. Stating that “he makes music to motivate people while also bringing everyone together for a greater purpose”. K5: “I’ve seen and been through things that most people haven’t even encountered. But, I believe that every thing happens for a reason and with that, I feel like I have a story to share and I plan to do that with my music.”
