With a Masters in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and a BS from Florida State University, she has been working in the entertainment industry for 8+ years.

Ericka started off as an assistant to Super Producer MGeezy and then worked and interned for several companies such as Rap Plug Live, Blac Noize, 740 Projects, subsidiaries of Sony, Sony Orchard, Empire and Universal. An A&R in every sense of the word, discovering and developing tomorrow’s stars is what she loves to do. She has the resources and tools to help talented artists advance their careers and achieve their dreams.
