After stepping into being a female Promoter, Pinky Da Don has been known as one of the solid Independent artists supporters and plugs from Arkansas. Being a Promoter led me to being asked to be a Manager and from there my passion and work began to speak for itself. Pinky Da Don is the mother of one son and is located in the DFW She is now one of the most respected female in the business and a major bridge between not only Arkansas artists to Texas but artists everywhere.

Dominique Tolver-Smith, widely known in the entertainment world as Pinky Da Don, was born and raised in Camden and is a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Growing up as the daughter of two preachers, Pinky was initially immersed in gospel and country music. While her home life was centered around faith, her broader family introduced her to other influences, allowing her to develop an appreciation for a wide range of genres. This unique blend of influences fostered a love for hip-hop, R&B, and poetry, laying the foundation for her deep connection to music and culture.
During her college years, Pinky minored in photography, setting up backdrops and printing photos on-site at college parties and local clubs. Her entrepreneurial spirit quickly caught attention, leading to her first promotion role in 2008. As she stepped into the industry, Pinky became known as a dedicated supporter of independent artists, especially those from Arkansas, and earned a reputation as a powerful connector and advocate for emerging talent.
Her role as a promoter expanded into artist management, where her passion and commitment shone through, helping her gain widespread respect. Now based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, Pinky Da Don is a mother to one son and has established herself as a highly respected figure in the industry. She plays a vital role in bridging connections between artists from Arkansas, Texas, and beyond.
Pinky offers a range of services, including curated events, artist and booking management, artist development, social media management and coaching, graphic design, stage management, event promotion, coordination, and public relations.
She is the creator of the Dallas-based platform Mic Drop, titled "Cap Back Flow," a unique showcase that invites artists to wear their most distinctive hats while displaying their talents. Pinky also holds key positions as the Texas Fleet DJs State Manager, A&R at Real Lyfe Street Starz, and PR & Social Media Manager for Mogul State of Mind, cementing her influence in the entertainment industry.
