After relocating to texas as a child, she began to discover her love for creating music. After participating in choir for 6 years, she graduated and was offered a scholarship from in the notorious PVAMU concert choir.
During her time at PVAMU, River has traveled around the world and performed with grammy nominees, famous composers, and broadway stars. River Lyons has a combined 1 Million streams across all platforms as an artist and songwriter. Including her first music video which garnered 200k views on Youtube within the first 3 weeks. River Lyons has captivated audiences of thousands across the country during her career.
In 2022 She worked with Empire Singee OG Bobby Billions on his latest album “Holy Goat 2 “which has over 120 Million Streams on all platforms.
